I've been on a strict low-carb (less than 25 grams a day) diet and i've only been eating primarily chicken and eggs along with a few vegetables cause I need to eat as I go to the gym.
Is there any way to lose bloat other than drinking lots of water and by reducing my salt/sodium intake?
