How do you measure your chest circumfrence without a measuring tape?

I'll try to find something that is. Which part of the chest do you wrap it around to get an accurate measurement? I heard it was around the nipples but I'm not sure

Yeah that sounds right. And I was going to say, once you get the thing you can wrap around your chest (like a towel), you can just measure the length using a ruler, or if you don’t have a ruler, then use the length of your phone, and see how many “phones lengths” fit across that distance. You can look up online smartphone dimensions and know exactly what measurement your phone is. For example, iPhone Plus/Max is like 6.2 inches tall.
