How do you motivate yourself to study languages?

Took a 1 month break from studying languages and i'm planning to get into it again in the next few days. Do you guys have anything that you use to motivate yourself? Maybe specifically for Japanese or also French, Spanish or Portuguese?

i kind of start to lose interest a bit the more i get to know the language (especially the grammar) so i often try to find stuff that motivates me to become fluent in the language. and thats what i'm looking for here

yea if i get into a tv show then the language learning aspect will be no problem, learned that with narcos. i think i found some stuff for portuguese but i'll have look a little more into spanish and french media. my japanese is not good enough yet.

mainly japanese. my french, spanish and portuguese can defnitely use some improvement as well, but i'm just looking to watch some tv shows in those languages.
