How do you niggas go to sleep?

Its like half past midnight rn and I can't even go to sleep without my eyes opening by itself, not even sleeping pills are saving me

Usually I just turn the lights off and put some Netflix on and I fall asleep like 90% of the time. The other 10% I keep watching and am

I tried reading and shit and even that isnt enough becuase I read slowly and I get engrossed and by the time I finish its morning alr

close your eyes and imagine a candle burning
focus closely on the flame and try to see it in the greatest detail possible
this is what I use as a last resort when I have insomnia
also make sure all your muscles are completely relaxed
