How do you nutrient max???
I’m 15 years old and I’m trying to softmaxxing by getting all of my nutrients in

I feel like it’s so unmanageable to get all of your vitamins in

What do you eat/drink to get your vitamins in?
 
Eat lots of whole foods, such as; meat, eggs, fruit, milk, organs

I’m just scared im not getting all of my vitamins in everyday im trying to maximise my bonemass and testosterone since before I used to not eat or sleep
 
You only need red meat and eggs. Go carnivore

Carnivorous diet has no nutrient deficiencies
 
Only eat unprocessed food and eat a variety of foods.

Different fruits and vegetables. Different kinds of protein like red meat, fish, poultry. Dairy- milk and yogurt. Different kinds of natural fat like avocado, eggs, olive oil.

Beef eggs cheese yogurt kiwis blackberries sweet potatoes peppers protein powder sup d3 and k2
