Ideal diet is 60-70% protein and animal fat dairy eggs and stuff and 30-40% carbs from veggies and healthy carbs (the only fruit I think is worth eating is avocados for nutrition and blue/strawberries etc most other fruits are just sugary candies with low nutrition). Anything which is a high glycemic index food is trash and bad for the body. Including rice bread flour and anything which is hard to digest and induces metabolic stress. My dad is 6'4 he ate eggs daily and milk while I ate chocolate cookies and was a high E Subhuman.
