How do you people wear lifts?

A day later my lifts came

(They're like these, but for some reason I have to stack the extra parts on top of the insole instead of underneath it )

I decided to put them all in and go out in public to see what it'd be like

I felt so awkward walking

It also kinda hurt after a while

Idk how people are consistently frauding 3 inches

I dont wear lifts but I have dope boots for winter / autumn times. They give me +2 inches and look sick as fuck got so many compliments

Frauding more than an inch with lifts is always gonna cause discomfort + can even be noticeable for normies. One time one of my friends literally asked me ”yo you look a bit taller do u have something in ur shoes” I just straight up said yea I do. If u get caught in front of foids tho its over

idk i forgot, i got 2.8 inch ones and 4 inch ones. but they compress its more like 2 and 3 inches gained
