How do you recognize a shit maxilla? What does it look like?

I've been trying to figure out how to put it.

Basically just like in my case, the midface is very flat, no cheekbones and weird lips.

Thoughts?

a good maxilla has the cheekbone curve and good lip alignment

also the skin will be tighter on your face when your maxilla is forward grown

Like the face seems collapsing a bit tbh area by nose looks bad. Nose kinda sticks out
