I have a lot of experience with stims - they're not worth it, they either make you goon all day or do "busy work" type of studying and you feel like shit afterwards and need days to recover back to baseline of dopamine

i think the trick is to find something exciting, something mysterious that appears to have a lot of incredible information behind it

in my experience, reading about soyence has that effect, but its not the same as being a kid
