How do you tell if the pills you got off indiamart vendor are legit.

I'm worried that I didn't get legit pills, I say this because I ordered hctz off this vendor I've ordered several things off before. I already had hctz from naps gear, and I know it's legit. I piss so much when I take the hctz from naps gear but the India hctz I'm unsure if I notice anything.

I bought tret off the same vendor and it DID burn my face when I used it wrong, so that kinda affirms me.

LMK if any of you guys have a method, I couldn't find any lab to send it into nearby for testing.
