if your jaws are really small you can get a double jaw surgery, the mandibular surgery can be done in a way in which the width increases as well

if you only need width there is this thing called MSDO but looks kinda crazy to me

MSDO is not ideal for aesthetics. BSSO cannot increase your palate width, only the width of the mandible bone itself though.

Me and looksoverall are babyfaced, chin width and mouth is very narrow, like a female. And we are both very tall (6'5 and 6'7), so you can imagine how it looks - a huge man with babyface, totally uncanny and out of place
