BTW Ive seen you posting about trying to bulk on 6000cal of candy, not sure if you're for real or not but if you want easy calories for a bulk then go for full fat milk since its full of protein as well and will probably feel better and less bloated than candy and wont wreck your teeth. If you're a sugar addict though then buy a chocolate milk mix and use that as well but dont buy pre made chocolate milk since that has less protein
