How do you think I will look post surgery?

Hi everyone, I have some airway problems and are going to get marpe palate expansion, and I believe double jaw advancement or maybe just lefort 1, not too sure yet and some CCW rotation for my jaws. How do you think I will improve after these surgeries? .

Facial symmetry is already amazing. Forward growth and acne are fixable and can ascend people

Already on accutane and growing out hair. Haven't thought of lip filler. Focusing as much as I can on the surgery at the moment

Why would you get a palatal expander pre surgery when you can just segment the maxilla in surgery? It makes it sort of pointless, unless you have a slow working expander wich isnt really used especially for breathing issues.

Thats very unlikely when you have titanium plates screwed to you maxilla.

Id say surgery would help you a little but not that much depending on the surgeon. If its truly just an airway issue you wont get much movement if even a jaw surgery. Most of the time expanders work for airway cases. The issue is having a functional bite when taking airway into consideration, wich means really major movements wont be done unless you pay for them privately and get both your mandible and maxilla advanced.

Good luck either way though, will help.

Expansion will widen the nasal passage, but does nothing for the pharyngeal airway
