not only ppl, arnold, or whatever. my trainer keeps making me do full body
 
full body will give you a spider physique: big chest and back but weak arms and shoulders
 
all programs are meme, I follow the most retarded shit imaginable and still make gains.

even if I gain muscle easier other people should have no issues gaining muscle doing the same either.

Push pull, no legs is what blew my upper body up (was too taxed from leg training to fully commit to upper body, so i had to quit leg days, i still do leg work at home)
