It's a combination of many things. But most importantly bodyfat and lighting. Chico has a bigger jaw than the other dude, only reason it's not super angular is because he's a reasonable bodyfat and not dehydrated.
Both look the same size to me. Even if chicos is bigger that doesn’t make it look sharper. Also bf doesn’t affect the gonions. The other dudes gonions are pointy which pull his skin more

Right I think I see it now. It has to do with clentching masseters, which I think pulls the skin inwards which cause that sharp line separation from ramus to mandible
