upper body exercises that involve push/pull motions are the best. Pullups and chinups are simple but get the job don imo.

go to the gym, pussy.

In the mean time invest in pull up bar and resistance bands.

Do late work with elastic bands
Or lay down on ya back and do pullover with anything heavy

get a pull up bar and do 3-4 sets of pull ups at least twice a week
