How does accutane interact with other skincare ingredients

My routine currently is like this

Morning:
Cleanse
Vit C Serum
Niacinamide

Evening:
Cleanse
Vit C Serum
Niacinamide
Kojic/Azelaic/Tranexamic Acid
Hydroquinone
Tretinoin

I'm gonna start taking accutane at 20 mg daily to increase cellular turnover and anti-age. Should I adjust anything with my tane dosage or routine as a result?

I do occasionally but it's mostly kind of unnecessary

If you're going to take isotretinoin, then your sebum production will take a hit and your lips will crack.

wash your sheets, diet, cleanser moisturizer once a day, exfoliate twice a week and wash your hands before doing skincare this is good for 90% of people but some have specific issues

trust me they will, either when you double the dose or if you just continue ur current dose. Like i promise they will.

Also, this doesnt really apply to accutane because it shuts down sebaceous glands but typically when you dry out ur skin with all those products, ur skin is gonna overcompensate by producing a shit ton of oil, therefore being counterproductive. So moisturize.

Yeah I have oily skin aswell, make sure your using gel tretinoin to dry your skin as much as possible and condition your skin by replacing the oil with moisturiser, preferably ones with ceramides.
