I've seen people drunk a lot in recent weeks and it depends on how much tolerance and how much they have drinked.

At the beggining, they are normal but they say lots of stuff they shouldn't say, they are like off guard. An intelligent kid could fool them into confessing something if he wanted.

When they are mid drunk, they don't control their desires and image at all, but they are still noticeably conscious. They double down on saying stuff they shouldn't, they have lost almost all sense of dignity and honor, let alone public shame. Still though, if you scream at them (You gotta have some presence though) they might straighten up for some seconds out of pure adrenaline, like one of those videos when they shot a deer and he starts running as if nothing happened to his body for seconds until the brain finally realizes he has a wound and can't keep up.

When they are completely drunk they barely can stand, let alone speak. It's probably the closest to unconscious that a conscious, awake person can get apart from deep anestesia. They want to say things and they can't, they want to shake your hand and they can't, it's one of the most lowlife states man can reach.
