If I get ccw bimax with vertical genio, what will happen to the look and shape of my mandible from the front?

What are you afraid of? Any particular things you like to avoid? Or are there certain things you want to achieve ?

I want wider mandible and also more v shaped mandible instead of the narrow and cucked u-shape I have now. I also want a little more facial height. Also need soft tissue stretching..
Here. Look at the pics at the bottom

Well I can get the idea but those are brutally recessed foids, it's kinda hard to compare cases that are that different to mine.

ccw can make the lower jaw appear a bit wider

Will all parts appear wider or only the outer parts maybe? What about shape? From the animations I've seen on youtube it looks like the shape gets actually worse

For a wider mandible you need a special type of bsso. A standard bsso doesn’t widen your mandible. But yes it’s possible.

I don’t understand what you mean with V shaped.

Ccw goes against facial height. Why would you want ccw and more facial height? That doesn’t really make sense to me but with ccw and genio that’s defenitly possible to an extent

Soft tissue stretching usually comes with a bimax

This is exactly my condition. (((camouflage orthodontics)))
Sadly on the site there seems to be no pics of after the surgery was done on those patients

You mean side wing?
But BSSO does widen the mandible right? I saw a thread on here that it usually widens a few mm.

I mean the classic well defined chad jaw look.

Because my occlusion plane is rotated downwards thats why I need ccw. But my facial thirds are somewhat decent atm so I need genio to compensate for the shortening effect of ccw rotation..

I desperately need this effect for more pronounced cheekbones and more defined jaw. Otherwise OVER

I know too little about the details especially as I only really know stuff about my case.

But no a side wing is not a bsso. Has nothing to do with each other. A standard bsso doesn’t widen the mandible. It just moves part of the mandible forwards.

Whatever your case a Trimax can achieve it. I can’t tell you exactly what to do as I’m no surgeon and your case is very different than mine. But what you said sounds like a decent approach. Ccw and genio to counter it I guess. Consult multiple surgeons and pick the one you feel most comfortable with

Ramieri told me he does not perform a bsso that specifically widens the mandible but that a normal bsso reults in a few mm of widening.

They are all so expensive tho already need to pay 100-200 bucks for a consultation jfl :feelswhy:
I will just stick with Ramieri I guess

Ramieri is a very good surgeon. I like his results the most out of all the ones spammed on this forum.

But honestly in normal bimax I usually don’t see a noteable bigonial width widening.

But look at this thread. It says it does happen

I have seen it but it really depends and I dont know on what

Yea I know that thread. I just don't understand the mechanism of it making me unable to judge if it will happen in my case..

I’ve seen bimax that noticeable change the bigo width as well but as I said those were special bsso ones. You would have to look for the exact movements and cuts of what you saw. But look at ramiries most famous patient Gaia. Imo his bigonial width didn’t increase to any noticeable degree. That’s why he gets jaw implants afaik

Imo the mandible kinda gets wider here:

i think you should get a genioplasty to get a taller chin for that v shaped appearence. maybe jaw implants too.
