How does ccw change a nose?

Im slightly apemaxxed from the side now, obv i will get a ccw bimax in 2025 and i wonder if my nose would have been more fucked than it is already.

You're pretty GL tbh but after looking at your pics a little it seems like your mandible is slightly short, I think a bimax might chimpmax you since upturned nose but your jaws are aligned so I guess you would need a bimax

You don't need CCW rotation.

In theory, CCW rotation would upturn the end of the nose and make the middle of it straighter, which is exactly what you have.

You look fine, would need to see images of occlusion to really tell if there is any point in jaw surgery and CCW is even an option. To improve profile, custom implants (ramus) would be a better choice imo. You could consult pagnoni for that.

Realistically tho you are relatively good looking with a decent side profile and need therapy most. I'm being serious here, ofc some retard will reply with "muh therapy cope" but I genuinly believe this site has brainwashed you into thinking you are incel



Edit: just saw the scan now, you could technically get bimax with CCW, with your nose becoming more upturned (it looks fine now). You would potentially need to get a rhinoplasty if you had bimax. Keep in mind jaw surgery is a multi year journey if you have to get braces (not sure in your Case, potentially not) and a very tedious and exhausting process.
