naturally? you need to be at the start of puberty and have correct tongue posture AKA mewing, or convince your ortho that you need a reverse pull face mask and get MSE with reverse pull hooks, to have more facial forwardness and probably enabling your mandible to grow as it was supossed to, if you get on HGH it will grow your mandible for sure since there is a syndrom for that, but you might end up downgrown and uncanny
