After reading an article I found out about plagiocephaly otherwise known as flat head syndrome. Which causes the back of the skull to become flat. The usual causation is when a new born/baby lays on it’s back in the crib continuously which causes the back of skull become flat and grow in an upwards direction. Apparently, it’s quite common, how do you think it would effect forward growth in later development and into adult hood? Perhaps that’s why some people lack normal facial development/forward growth? Just an idea/theory.

It doesn't affect forward growth. It’s a common practice in many ethnic countries to flatten the back of their kids skull so it doesn’t look gay alien

I don't think it'll affect forward growth unless it's too flat. There are many people with extreme forward growth, with flat occiputs like Cavill, DiCaprio.

Just reduce your kids brain size so the national IQ stays below 90 theory

pinheads me

Nah, like surely it has to have some sort of impact.

Planocephaly is also a phenotypical genetic thing and many natives of the balkans have it, like @6’1cel
It is not a deformity there
