How does Geralt of Rivia look so young?

I mean he is obviously not real.his „fantasy age is supposed to be 99 or something in The Witcher 3

Yet he still looks like a guy in his 30s to me and obviously very attractive full homo.

He litterally has all the signs of being old you can have except his body but nobody would say this guy is 50,why?

Witchers are basically immortal until they're killed, they don't die of old age so he probably ages slower. Probably due to the same potions that give him his powers.

Vesemir is over 150 and geralt is already over 100 in the books. Based on the book descriptions, geralt would probably look more grizzly and less handsome than he is in the game/show but he's always gonna be in fighting condition

He is aging slower due to his Witcher mutations. Witchers don’t die of old age unless they’re killed by monsters because it’s a dangerous profession. Witchers can just live for centuries, same as the elves
