by having forward head posture u are compressing ur airways and potentially fucking up the way ur mandible grows, recessing ur chin and fucking ur jaw aswell so if u have good posture u will develop better

good posture helps muscle forces act in the correct directions guiding jaw and midface development
think abt it, have u ever seen an attractive man that has a hunched back?

Pelvic & spinal alignment to intersect with fibular and tibial positioning and support the underlying fascia beneath it to suffice a stable craniofacial structure from top to bottom > taller/more attractive and better development overall

Tilting ur head puts 5-10 pounds of pressure and affects your musculoskeletal system and good posture lets it stay loose all due to gravity

tl;dr: everything matters, just stabilize posture
