I’m 5”10 139lbs and have a confirmed body fat of 7.6%. I only work out once a week on average I just have a crazy fast metabolism and could probably only gain weight if I started to work out much more frequently. I’ve never been fat so I have nothing to compare to but being ultra lean is shit unless you have the muscles to go with it. My arms and hands are veiny af and don’t look good at all. I have a barely visible six pack but it’s shit tier because I’ve never trained my core. My face is pretty gaunt tho that wouldn’t be a bad thing if I had better bone structure. I Used to calorie count and eat at least 2500 daily but now I don’t bother cus I’m not an exercise regime.
