very low body fat bro. I can tell you I'm on a crazy caloric defecit and my cheeks are starting to pop out like this guy's. But I won't get thaat far. Kinda over the top in my opinion

-small palate
-wide masculine mandible
-highset cheekbones w/ sufficient malar protrusion
-cheeksucking
-low bodyfat
-tall ramus
-square chin

thats about it, nothing else really contributes tbh

maybe also forward grown maxilla and mandible but idk
