Title. How does this nigga sleep on a hard fucking wooden bed with no mattress. I once tried this by sleeping on the marble floor in my room . I woke up next day wirh a terrible back ache and felt incredibly tired. I just couldn't sleep on the damn thing because my spine had no place to rest. The marble was also cold as fuck.

I’ve been floor sleeping without a pillow since March of 2023. It’s god like for posturemaxxing.

You clearly don’t understand what Wolff’s Law is.

Your back bone gets stronger the more you apply stress to it. It cures back pain.

I’ve tried floor sleeping on my back this week and I got way better sleep compared to a bed. My body sinks into the bed creating discomfort and makes me move a lot. The floor holds my body into place and keeps my spine aligned causing no discomfort.

What kind of a floor did you sleep? Is it one of those american floors with rugs? I could see myself sleeping that? But cold hard marble gives my back pain.

I sleep on a carpet that is on a wooden floor. I add a thin blanket on top of the carpet so that it’s not solid hard when sleeping. I can imagine a hard marble floor being uncomfy.

I'll try this with a few layers of folded blankets and a pillow
