How do you plan to enforce this. Just pray that the cloudflare system works? What do you have in place? Like just Cloudflare default bot fight mode or WAF or do you implement active behavioral analysis and fingerprinting to distinguish legitimate users from automated browsers?

Also I had a doubt on the DMCA thing. Could you elaborate more on this. You didn't give us enough info

I'm asking because cloudfare only has behavioral analysis and fingerprinting in its higher tier plans and knowing master i don't think he implemented that so that rule is just a rule on paper as it can be easily bypassed. Like Stop sign in fine print that no one cares about
