How does my fat stay fat?

I just found these pics so I wanted to show them. I keep being told that I am too fat and my face is bloated however this is a pic of a gym machine printout as well as pics from the same time. My face still looks awful? I need to know what bones I’m lacking it’s driving me crazy

Those machines are pretty inaccurate, they can be off by around 7% for body fat.
Compare your shirtless body to pictures of people at various body fat percent to get a good indication.
Or better yet just post your body pic here and users can estimate

I just don’t understand how I stayed at that fatness. I put on muscle which is thankfully maintaining even after being on my cut atm. I’m eating a lot of protein so hopefully I can keep the muscle and just melt off fat
