How does one achieve high set cheekbones?

It'd be nice knowing this, everything from eyes, my jaw, my bf %, hair, maxilla, ccw, ridge, chin, lips, orbicularis, and matios are pretty much all above average expect my bum ass zygos, they protrude very nicely, but they're low and i hate that. Anything that can help is fine, I would prefer diy ways of doing this, but i don't mind anything surgical.
