I'm 15, 5'10, and around 75kg. I've never really been able to establish a routine to train/go to the gym. I basically have no muscle mass and in about 20% bf according to my retarded Manlet friend. How do I actually lose fat and gain muscle so I don't look like a bloated piece of shit? Also I can only eat what my mom makes
