(TELL ME HOW TO FIX MY NARROW JAW ASWELL PLSS) First pic was me at 15 2cond is me rn at 16. I thought my face would develop even more, now it just looks like i got more recessed. How tf could this even have happened or am i just delusional?? Also pls help me with my skin its gotten so bad fuckkk

js lean out and try and build bone mass bc u still have time, get hollow cheeks and start squintmaxxing rep me

prolly cus ur not doing anything. Js chew ur food 25+ times each time you take a bite, mew 24/7, get lots of vitamin d, vitamin k2 magnesium, calcium. Exercise every single day and do a lot more there’s botb threads on building bone mass js take a look at them rep me again
