fat redistribution as we can see the premaxilla is ahead of the maxilla in before so fat can go away causing this

Yeah that makes sense for the chin area but im referring to the upper lip area, I highlighted the area with the blue marker. Its much more forward inclined instead of flat and well the chin is not located there

Is everyone in this thread retarded? Hes 26 in the first pic, and the guy went to Giant, its literally been confirmed. On top of that he got something done with his lips, most likely lip flip / vermillion advancement and fillers. If he got orthodontics maybe his upper teeth also tilted forward.

What sort of orthodontic work could tilt the teeth forward like this. Like unless its a surgery, if ur tilting teeth forward it should of taken years or no?

I have lips very similar to his before so its very intriguing seeing this failo be fixed like that.

Its just the LF1 in work, never seen how downgrown peeps lack upper lip? And how forward grown peeps have perfect lip ratio?
