Yeah I mix w/ jojoba +castor oil & rub in my hair

But IMO sleep is what helped my hair most, 8-9h per night at the same time no matter what

I have kinda fine hair strands but can fraud thicker hair by just showering with water instead of washing it with shampoo and conditioner every day.
