I don't think its necessarily a femine appearance, because even chico has reasonably masc features, like a chiselled jaw and prominent cheekbones, I just think its about having impeccably clear skin, good hair and a lack of failos, whereas traditionally handsome men do have some failos.

I suppose, but the reason people think he's feminine is because of skin, cuz of how impeccably clear it is, and his twink physique as well.
