Every day you spend playing video games is a day you're not gaining any muscle, unless you have the time to play video games, lift weights, eat enough and sleep enough all in the same day or you only play on rest days.

Also, many gamers are sleep deprived. Sleep deprivation leads to low levels of testosterone, this leads to mood swings and feeling less masculine also. Guys who have no control over their emotions are often like this. They become like girls by not sleeping enough. I've seen it happen to so many guys, it's pathetic.
