Im running 400mg rn and I dont get how people say you dont need much activity to lose 1lb a day. I did the numbers and that just doesnt check out
With me if I eat 2k calories and just lift my deficit would only be 2100cals, I basically need to do 2 hours of walking on top of that to get to 1lb a day.
The main dnp thread you've all seen says for 400mg you get a %60 boost in bmr and a 2x multiplier on activity. Idk if just doesnt make sense.
But if I look at my last cycle I lost .77lb a day and barley worked out plus ate 2800 cals, so I think the guy on the main thread is underestimating how much dnp does.
So do I ldar the cardio and trust the dnp or just fuckin send it?
