I reckon that the most important thing is a V-taper. If you focus on training your upper body you might get quite fast a slight V-taper if you are slim. It's also seen even if you wear clothes provided that they aren't too big.

I'd say it is easily achievable without roids but you could achieve it in half the time if you're impatient. The "slayer" body isn't that big, it's just a well-rounded, full body that is lean.
