I'd estimate he probably has bad orbitals, but I wouldn't be so sure to point to anything definite without having a good idea of how he looks (skull wise).

he's got a medium set i would say but still has droopy ass outer canthus which could be genetics, age or other facial developmental issues (orbits etc.)
