There is no single ideal diet. It varies from person to person by their location and genetics

If you belong in climates where rice is grown and consumed, eat foods that are high in water content. Don’t consume any other high cal foods but eat rice. If you belong to an environment where actually meat is what’s being eaten 3x a day, eat that.

Your ancestors only ate foods that were locally grown, your genetics are modified and built to survive well just for that, you will only go so far away by consuming foods online gurus will tell you to, not for a long period of time.
