Thinking of having trimax for recessed lower and upper jaws and a few other aesthetic issues. Surgeon suggested LF1 impaction & advancement for upper jaw and BSSO advancement and CCW rotation for lower jaw and a genioplasty for chin. He also brought up zygo implants and possibly infraorbital implants since my midface is pretty sunken but my main concern is that I'll look uncanny and/or unnatural. I'm only 20 and don't wanna fuck up my face and end up like Zac Efron for the rest of my life. Anyone know how beneficial zygo implants can be? Thanks
