How eating a pizza before bed helped me maximise my growth around 16-19 years old

Doing this was quite common during the winter where I would take bulking seriously since I was a very skinny kid. My frame wasn’t really that good but I managed to sort it out with some improvements in diet and other lifestyle changes.

I would consume a 12” margarita pizza with chicken on top 2 hours before going to bed.

Why a pizza?

1. Carbs: You notice you get a pump from simply consuming carbs? Because you hold water that pushes through your gains making that puffy look. One important side effect: Makes you bloated obviously.
It also releases insulin: When carbohydrates are consumed, they are broken down into glucose, which enters the bloodstream and causes a rise in blood sugar levels. The body responds by releasing insulin, a hormone that helps glucose move from the blood into cells for energy or storage. I EAT 200G OF SUGAR A DAY FOR A SURGE IN HGH. Cheese: Dairy products which includes cheese have a range of amino acids that are the building blocks to make more of you. It has some of the most important proteins out there and it’s anabolic asf.

Cheese contains all nine essential amino acids: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine

These will obviously help you grow taller because cheese shares a lot of protein that comes with regular meat.

But most importantly someone who had growth deficiency: “Milk is specifically designed to help a baby—whether it's a calf or a human—grow as fast as possible. And since cheese is simply concentrated milk—it, too, is packed with growth hormones and sex steroid hormones like estrogen.”

3. Chicken (optional) you can have it as the topping if you want. Having some kind of meat source is better than some vegetable so consider swapping it out or stop being a vegan.

So, how tall did I grow?

My starting height was 5’2 @15 and I grew to 5’7.5 @18.

But now, I am 20 and currently 5’8.
There have been cases of some people growing an inch later on in their life especially in their early 20s but that is a matter of luck. Genetics (80%) and lifestyle (20%) play a huge role.

Here is a difference with my frame comparing it to 2 years aside: (You might also see noticeable height changes too) + no pump
