Pointless. Lose significant bodyfat. If you are recessed look for bimax and other jaw surgeries. If not, consider fillers or implants. You could try chewing but I find it will just make u bloated.
Theres only three things that will influence your jaw visially
1. Bone- good luck changing your genetics with retarted movements
2. Musculature- ocassionally stimulating the muscles with those movements = minimal to no hypertrophy
3. BF%- Not the best form of cardio jfl
all it does is make you look like a faggot .. except if youre salludon.. then they would probably work
