How effective is Instagram for girls?

I was building an instagram profile to do this and shit but I literally couldn't care less for women so it's just on hold for now until I get interested in women again.

I see your point, the only argument for private profile is that girls would be curious how you look like and that's why they would follow you

But I guess if you look bad, they would either unfollow or ignore you
