Bimax price really varies a lot. I have found doctors asking 6k in western europe. I think you can get it cheaper in Russia, if you decide to do it as cheap as possible. I recommand to find a well known surgeon in Russia or in europe.
I dont know If the 6k is including hospital stay, and the pain killers ets or insurance pays it here. Those doctors are unknown internationally and work for local hospitals that also perform it for functional reasons, so the prices may be that low cause of insurance deals. 10-15k is a rough estimation from a more well known surgeon for a bimax. The famous one in europe (without Dr Sailer) can cost like 20-30k.
