Been dieting since the quarantine started 2 weeks ago and I haven't made much visible progress.
I'm trying to eat 2g of proteins per kg and I try to stay at around 1500 calories.
How much longer do I need to keep this up and how could I speed up the process?
I also drink about 4 liters of water each day
