Been dieting since the quarantine started 2 weeks ago and I haven't made much visible progress.
I'm trying to eat 2g of proteins per kg and I try to stay at around 1500 calories.
How much longer do I need to keep this up and how could I speed up the process?
I also drink about 4 liters of water each day

he ain’t that far lol, they should start showing if he dropped 3-4%bf and started working abs.

3-4%? You can't go that low even with roids. He could already have visual abs, but he needs to work on them.

He's saying OP's body fat percentage should drop by 3-4%, not to 3-4%, jfl.

Though, I think he needs to drop more than that. His current percentage is definitely above 15%.

At that body fat i had visible muscles without even working out.

I have way higher body fat than you and I can still see visible abs coming through jfl

mogs my framr, good hip to waist, shoulders are wider than hips too. you look overall bigger. Whats your weight and height?

I would say he is around 10 to 15%

2 weeks is not enough time. I've gone on crash diets where I ate 1000-1200 for 6 weeks, and didn't see much until maybe week 3-4. If you're not lifting weights, you're probably losing LBM along with your fat at a 1:1 ratio, which will hurt your progress visually and statistically. A 1:3 to 1:4 ratio of LBM to fat lost is about the best you can hope for as a natural.

He has love handles and not even the top two abs visible. He is a bit skinny as far as I can tell, so I could believe he's below 20%, but he's absolutely not below 16%. You should have the top four abs visible at 13-15% and all six visible at 10-12%. He's more like 18%.

I do lift every day.
I don't have love handles however, I just have a wide waist.
I seriously doubt that I'm at 18 % at this moment.

Dude with 75kilogram on 183 cm I was around 8-10% body fat.

He can't be over 15% with 70 kilo on 183cm

Absolutely sure.

I'm not saying you have these big globs of overhanging back fat. It's fairly small and tight, but it is there. 18% body fat is leaner than you think. I know it's just a step down from 20%, and a lot of guys think 20% means having man boobs and a big beer belly, but don't be fooled by guys at 30%+ body fat claiming 20%.

Still not below 16% sorry. You have a decent frame and some newbie muscle, so the fat is well spread out.
maybe you're right but It doesn't seem plausible.
don't dye your hair white again, black fits you better
Yea I won't. I though white hair was a looksmax back then.
