If we include the use of surgeries then a MTN could theoretically just ascend to Chad.
Same goes with money, if you build an absolute shit ton of wealth and status you can legit just reach Chad or PSL status.
With just softmaxxing and assuming we don't build amazing wealth I would say any MTN can reach HTN appeal-wise (work out to get a really nice physique, follow fashion trends, follow hair trends, be NT/social). Face-wise it is basically all genetics so there will be MTNs who can never ascend facially past MTN due to genetics, whilst some might be able to by leaning down.
