How far can you take it with surgeries?

let’s say you get many surgeries like, trimax, fat grafting, infra orbital implants, canthoplasty and even zygo implants. Could you still look natural so you can lie and deny it with „oh I lose weight“ or „I grew up“?

but also who cares just live your life they will get used to it

ascend and forget. delete all the pictures and evidence then everyone will forget in 3-4 months
Statement makes absolutely no sense. You will never forget if you’re whole town knows that you got thousands of surgeries. You have to deny it and disappear for a while so you can say you just grew up

it aint that deep just say you got filler or something or if you have defects like malocclusion or deviated septum just use that excuse for health and function

i mean yeah could work but I’m definitely not the type of guy who can just ignore shit like this if people talk about this. And I live in a city where everyone knows each other and if everyone knows I got surgery I literally just can leave the city lol.

I guess so! I already did bimax! (High Le fort and BSSO). I mean bimax results are almost always natural unless you are over advanced and get dogmaxxed which can happen when you do it for sleep apnea because they have to move your jaws a significant amount to open you airway. But if you are a simple underbite or overbite case, the chances of getting dogmaxxed is very low unless you want the surgeon to do big movements yourself. I think fillers and implants almost always will look unnatural and "done" unless: 1. you do fillers and implants for deficiencies (like you got a big dent in your cheeks, you have bug eyes, maybe you did bsso and the bone didn't heal properly and you need implants to hide the dents, etc) 2. you go to a surgeon who is extremely good with designing implants and you get super lucky so the implants looks natural. But if you try to add extra shape to your face with implants or fillers, it will be apparent and something will look off in your face! I can always tell who did fillers or not.
Fat graft for hollowness will be natural.
based on the results I've seen eye procedures like blepharoplasty and canthopexy look very natural. conthopexy results are ver subtle and that's what makes them good.
Personally, the next things that I'll do after my bimax will be: Canthopexy, infra and peri orbital fat graft, composite veneers, and some type of skin tightening procedure because my cheeks seem a bit droopy because of weight loss. Any of these when done subtly won't look unnatural! I'm also thinking about rhino but since it's the riskiest of it all, I'm currently holding off on that until I find a surgeon which can do it very very naturally!
