Im currently 185 and 5’11-6’0 im wanting to lose weight and im willing to try anything, i’ve been working out consistently but its not enough

Inb4 CICO people come at me. Eat fatty meat and fish,organs and eggs all day everyday, no need to count calories. Eat until satiated. Your appetite will decrease and you will have more stable energy levels and blood sugar levels which will allow you to eat less and be satiated. Your body needs time for metabolic adaption of low carb diet.
