are you locked in on hitting macros, getting good sleep, and hydration?

macros yes, hydration yes, sleep sometimes below 7 hours. and whats the normal progression rate on this cycle?

elaborate
progressive overload is adaptation to muscle growth it is not the driving factor behind it mechanical tension is, and in order to achieve maximum mechanical tension, progressive overload is necessary but not a driving factor. So do not stress just lower your volume, as long as the reps are hard muscle growth will follow. No strength does not = no gains. im on test btw

get ur recovery and macros in check

remove bullshit volume from ur workout

make sure you have good form on every fucking exercise no exceptions.

everyone's progress is different and also ur not sleeping enough. sub 7 hours is fucking trash, sleep more.
